Abstract

Digital transformation in elementary education requires strengthening teachers’ competencies in developing interactive and adaptive learning experiences. However, teachers at SDI Al-Fattah Jombang still face challenges in visualizing abstract mathematical concepts and utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) to develop instructional materials. This Community Service (PkM) program aimed to strengthen teachers’ digital competencies through integrated training and mentoring in developing GeoGebra- and AI-based learning media. The program involved 14 teachers and adopted a participatory approach through workshops and hands-on coaching, comprising orientation, integrated training, technology implementation, mentoring, and evaluation. The program was evaluated through pretest and posttest assessments, practical observations, product assessments, and participant satisfaction surveys. The results showed an increase in teachers’ average competency scores from 40.71 on the pretest to 84.64 on the posttest, with an N-Gain of 0.74, classified as high. A total of 12 teachers successfully developed GeoGebra-based learning media, 13 produced AI-assisted instructional materials, and 11 integrated both technologies. Product assessment yielded an average feasibility score of 91.55%, categorized as highly feasible, while participant satisfaction reached 95.09%, categorized as very satisfied. These findings indicate that practice-based training and mentoring can strengthen teachers’ digital competencies and encourage the application of technology in instructional development.
